The terms "we", "us", "our" and "Social Up" refer to the design of the website and the services we provide. Similarly, terms such as "User", "Users" and "your" refer to all Users who browse the Social Up website and/or use our website services.

Social Up is a website providing services for social media.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

Browsing the website, as well as purchasing any services, presupposes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in these terms.

It is the client's responsibility to put the social media in "Public" mode in order to benefit from the service he/she has purchased. When you purchase our service and the social media is in "Private" mode, we will complete the order without refund, cancellation or replacement.

Social Up is not responsible for any losses related to updates of each social media.

Social Up provides a 30 day guarantee on all services purchased. After processing each order, you will receive confirmation by email. Social Up manually confirms all orders. If you have any questions, please send us a support request usingthe form and we will restore service as soon as possible.

If you notice the breakdown of any service purchased it may be due to a lack of interest in your social media, a situation that is out of our control as these are real profile accounts.

Once the purchased service is completed, we are unable to accept cancellations or make refunds as the service is automatic.

The processing of services takes between 2 and 3 hours, up to 24 hours. Services in large quantity, consider between 10 to 60 days.

Social Up is not responsible for damages resulting from any restrictions with the hardware and software to which the User has access, or any other situations to which Social Up is not connected, and which prevent the access and correct functioning of the Social Up website.

Social Up reserves the right to freely modify these terms in order to adapt them to the applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notification.

The User must not use this website or specific sections thereof, if after reading the Terms and Conditions listed on this page they find objections that personally compromise the use of our website or specific sections thereof.

WEBSITE SERVICES

Social Up has full authority to add or terminate any services at its sole discretion without any prior notification. The services provided by Social Up as of today are as mentioned below:

  • Information about Social Up, including information about official communication channels and contact forms.
  • Information about services: Social Up takes into account information about the essential features of the services, however, these may be subject to change of which you should always be informed. All services presented on the website are subject to stock availability at the time of purchase;
  • Online shop: The Social Up shop will allow the User to buy services through the online shop on our site;
  • Customer support after sale: Social Up is available to provide any information and comply with legal obligations after the sale of our services. To do this, the User should use our help and customer support email address: [email protected].
  • Information: Social Up will produce informative articles in its information area, making them publicly available to Users of our website. Some content may be available exclusively to registered Users who have a business relationship with Social Up;
  • Newsletter Service: Social Up will offer this service to all Users of the website who are interested in receiving news, campaigns related to Social Up and other information of general interest about news, campaigns related to Social Up and other information of general interest about social media. Subscription to this service is independent of the User's registration to purchase from online shops, requiring the provision of a minimum of personal data to guarantee the service;

  • User Eligibility: the User is eligible to enter into this agreement if:

    • The User is not a resident of any prohibited state and is not a member of any terrorist organisation;
    • If the User is working on behalf of an organisation, they have the appropriate permission to complete this registration.
  • Single access: You may not sell, rent, share or transfer your access to our website;
  • Acceptable use: The User must use the services in their original form and refrain from any activity that may infringe, interrupt or delay the services to other Users. The User must not use the services for any malicious activities, such as sending spam, unsolicited messages, bullying, stalking or threatening any other person or system. The User must not create any script, software, code or program that may damage, disrupt, diminish or add functionality to the services;

  • Co-operation in account protection: As a measure to keep our services and confidential information (e.g. licences) secure, You must protect Your account with a strong password.
  • Non-transferable account: You may only have one account on our website. While each account can only be used by one User only. If the User is part of an organisation and has an account in its name, the User is allowed to grant access to some employees. The User will be held responsible for the behaviour of the persons to whom they have granted access to our website;
  • Secrecy of account details: The User is strictly prohibited from sharing their account details with third parties;
  • Abuse Reporting: You must inform Social Up immediately if you obtain information indicating that your account has been hacked or if you obtain information about unauthorised use of your account.

COMMUNICATION BY E-MAIL

Social Up will receive and send emails about:

  • Commercial relationship with the User, based on the Client list.
  • Relationship with Users of the Newsletter Service, on the basis of a list independent of the Customer list;
  • Relationship with the holders of the personal data managed by Social Up, in relation to requests for information and requests to process the same;
  • Relations with the Users of the Social Up website through the existing forms for sending messages.

PAYMENT METHODS

The prices shown on our site include the legal taxes in force and are valid for the moment of purchase.

Social Up accepts the following payment methods:

  • MB WAY;
  • MB reference;

  • PAYEER;

  • Debit/Credit Card;

    REFUND

    Social Up agrees to refund all unprocessed services within 15 days. Once any service has been processed, no refund is possible. We will not refund services incorrectly requested by the customer.

    COMPLAINTS

    If the client wishes to make a complaint, suggestion or compliment, he/she can do so using the Electronic Complaints Book in Portugal.

    • Social Up will reply to the complainant within 15 working days after the submission of the complaint, suggestion or compliment.

    IN CASE OF DISPUTE

    In case of dispute, the consumer can turn to the National Consumer Arbitration Centre.

    CONDITIONS OF THE NEWSLETTER SERVICE

    USE CONDITIONS

    Service newsletter Social Up is a service provided to visitors of our website who are interested in receiving news and campaigns related to the project Social Up and other general interest information about news, campaigns related to Social Up and other general interest information about social media.

    The content of the Newsletter is informative. Information about the services provided by the Social Up project or promotional campaigns associated with them.

    The user of the Newsletter service can cancel the subscription to the service at any time using the link provided for this purpose in the communications that they receive.

    SOCIAL UP AGREES TO PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY and assures you that we will comply with the legislation for the protection of personal data and, in particular, that your personal information will be treated:
